Global wizard

What you will do

Create machine-level configuration for the service, database, and optional providers.

memory wizard --global

The global wizard should write configuration and secrets outside the repository. Re-running it is safe when you need to rotate providers or update database settings, but inspect any proposed change before accepting it.
